Eastlake Community Project Update
With a unique collection of business and retail buildings, houseboats and apartments, the Eastlake neighborhood has long been home to Seattle’s working community. With this in mind, our architect spent time in the neighborhood studying the scale and relationships of the commerical and residental buildings that lines its streets. The idea was to design lasting home sites that fit the functional and aesthetic needs of the community, now and into the future.
Located at 2617 Franklin Avenue East, Seattle Washington 98102 , the project consists of of 10 units in 2 buildings including 4 parking stalls. The east building that fronts on Franklin Ave E is 3 levels over a basements with a total of 4 units. The west building is 4 levels over an underground parking garage for 4 cars, bikes and storage lockers, this building has a total of 6 units.
